Why reading wasn’t enough, and what finally began to hold.
I didn’t create this library because I found a solution.
I created it because, for a long time, nothing was staying.
I was reading.
Trying to understand what had happened.
Able to recognise myself in the words.
And still, I would wake up feeling the same.
The insight made sense, but it didn’t last.
It didn’t reach far enough to change how the days felt.
What I understood in one moment would disappear by the next.
What eventually shifted wasn’t more explanation. It was capacity.
During that time, I came across EFT tapping.
I didn’t understand it, and I wasn’t looking for a method.
I tried it because I was desperate and had nothing else to rely on.
What I noticed wasn’t a solution, but a change in my body.
When things were calmer physically,
the pain of waking eased enough for the day to feel survivable.
Meaning didn’t arrive first.
It followed later.
That experience changed how I understand what healing requires.
Not as something you think your way into,
but as something that begins when the body is steadied
and understanding is allowed to come afterwards.
The Super Glue Healing Library is built around that reality.
Each book focuses on a single emotional experience.
Not to resolve it, but to name it clearly.
Alongside each title are companion pieces.
Writing. Reflection. Body-based practices.
And space to think out loud.
They are designed to work together or stand alone,
depending on what you need.
There is no correct order.
Nothing here is required.
You don’t have to use everything.
This library exists for moments
when reading alone isn’t enough,
but silence isn’t either.
For when understanding comes in fragments,
and staying with yourself matters more than moving on.
That is why the library looks the way it does.
My full story is woven through the library itself, beginning with
